JILLIAN MICHAELS: Hi, guys. I’m Jillian Michaels, and I’m on “New in The Q” to share five of my favorite health and fitness tips.

For the health of my skin, I use green, natural beauty products. And one of my favorite companies is a little company called Fawn lily Botanica, run by another mom, and she’s got the Serum of the Month Club. For me, I use the facial balm. It works as your moisturizer in the morning and at night before I go to bed. Personally, I feel that they make my skin look really fresh and dewy. They don’t clog my pores. I mean, I like to support small businesses that are run by women, that are working hard to make ends meet, that have beautiful products.
One of the beauty products that I love is Dr. Hauschka Bronzing Tint. That’s another massive no-no. I hide from the sun, so I love this product because it makes you look fresh, healthy, dewy, glowing, bronzy quite literally– but it’s green. You can feel great about it, and you’ll look great. So a lot of people think because I’m into eating well, that I cook all the time. I hate cooking. I am a terrible chef. My fiance is great at it, which is fantastic, but she’s not waiting on me hand and foot for every single meal. A Nutribullet is awesome, because it’s quick and easy. You’ve got healthy meals in five minutes. I mean, I’m obsessed with it. I use it every single day.
One of the things I do– on top of nutrition and exercise, of course– is supplement. You’re thinking, well, why would I supplement if I’m eating well? Because unfortunately, there are still nutrition gaps in your diet. Alaya Naturals is one of my favorite supplement companies. Their Multi Collagen Peptide product has all different forms of collagen in it, which helps with everything from hair, skin, nails, gut health, the lining of your intestines, the health of your heart.
