It is believed the incident occurred while a woman and her young children were in their vehicle after going to the supermarket.

Police are still looking for a man who performed an explicit sexual act towards a woman in Victoria earlier this year.

It is believed the incident occurred about 1:10pm on January 13, after the woman and her two young children had just finished shopping at a supermarket on Henty St in Portland.

An unknown man knocked on the driver’s window of the vehicle they were sitting in and opened the door.

He made lewd, inappropriate comments while looking at the victim and touched himself in a sexual manner.

The man then left the scene on foot, after the woman told him to go away and slammed the door.

Police have released these images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is perceived to be of Caucasian appearance, of a thin build, with brown hair tied back in a ponytail.

He was wearing blue jeans and a blue sweatshirt, with a tan-coloured cap and a black face mask.

Anyone who recognises the man or has information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report via its website.
